After-Hours and Weekend Support for Trove Management

Since 2024, Near Assistant has supported Trove Management’s storage operations. Our team currently provides after-hours and weekend call and rental sales support across more than 30 self-storage and RV & boat storage facilities.

The support requirement

Trove uses Near Assistant to handle tenant calls and rental follow-up during agreed after-hours and weekend shifts. The work spans multiple facilities, with agents using the information, permissions and operating procedures provided by the client.

The work we handle

Agents respond to tenant questions, assist with reservations and payments, and help with facility access concerns within their authority. Issues needing an onsite response or further approval are passed to the appropriate team.

For outbound work, Trove provides rental leads. Near Assistant follows up with prospects, answers questions and assists with the steps needed to complete a rental.

Keeping the work visible

Call and follow-up records are maintained in the agreed systems. Shift updates cover incoming and outgoing calls, sales activity, support requests, recurring work and outstanding notes.

Founder Ahsan Habib oversees delivery and weekly performance feedback. This gives the engagement a regular rhythm for reviewing work and addressing questions.
